About Me

  • Favorite Medium: mixed media
  • Statement: The creations of joyful fantastic worlds are gifts for me because they made me develop a window with a new scope to look at life, one without prejudices and without inequalities. This new way of seeing life has given me the chance to stop seeing only the dark side of life as I was always used to do. Also is my reaction against the shocking violent mass media culture that is constantly surrounding us by the main stream. So my artwork is a mix of fantastic documentary and escapist because of the possibility to express positive imaginary of our reality. I seek to produce a new kind of faith by the possibility of creating imaginary landscapes to bring new thoughts to our daily life experiences. My art work is an invitation to see the unseen or the non apparent relationships that are “there” in our every day life.” I investigate the boundaries between our relationship with public and private spaces, between reality and our imaginary world, and between our conscious and unconscious stages to determine the true value of portraiture and its capability to represent and to evaluate human nature.
